Vegan Happy Hair Brush - Grey
This is a very special Happy Hair Brush. It's vegan. All our Original brushes and mini travel brushes use boar bristle. A by-product material that has been used for hundreds of years in hair brushes making our brushing experience soft and gentle.
However, we have heard our customers and again, we've listened. This brush's shorter bristles are made from nylon. What that means is that the brushing experience of easily detangling will occur however the nylon bristles will feel a bit stronger on the scalp and could create static. That is why for this brush type, we recommend using our Silky Spray to help your hair slip through the bristles.
Note: We don't recommend using on very young children and sensory heads as the shorter bristles will scratch and could cause them complaint.

STEP 1: Remove loose hairs by hand and with the brush cleaner.
STEP 2: Wash the brush head in warm water with shampoo… don't submerge handle. Rub the bristles with your fingers to remove the lint and dirt.
STEP 3: Let the brush dry naturally.
STEP 4: Use for brushing only! Don't use with hair dryer or extreme heat!
STEP 5: Clean as needed (a monthly review is good). Every brush and every head is different.

All orders placed before 10am (NZST) Monday to Friday will be shipped the same day. Orders placed after 10am (NZST) will be shipped the next business day. All deliveries are shipped via NZ Post from our warehouse in Auckland.

Delivery times average between 1 - 3 business days following dispatch from our Auckland warehouse. These times are estimates only and may vary depending on your location.
Shipping Costs
A $10.00 flat fee applies to orders under $99. We promise, this is less than it costs us to ship your precious goods to you! For orders over $99 we offer free standard delivery across New Zealand. Shipping fees outside New Zealand might differ and will be advised during check out.
Delivery
All orders are shipped with NZ Post. Please check your delivery address at the time of order, especially when using PayPal as sometimes an old address gets automatically populated during checkout.
Tracking Your Order
You will receive a tracking number from us via email once your order is on its way. Simply click on the link in the email and you’ll be directed to the NZ Post website where you can check where your parcel is at.

Returns
We have a 30 Day Money Back Guarantee. After that we can only offer refunds for faulty or damaged products. We cannot offer an exchange service for change of mind.
If you have received a faulty product, please contact us here to get in touch. Our returns process is easy: send us back the faulty product and we will send you new ones. We cover all shipping costs. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
